The Turkey division primarily provides for all turkey needs of whole body retail parts: both bulk and tray pack. Division provides frozen or fresh turkey meats that are used for further processing. Currently oversee the logistics of distributing 120 million pounds of turkey products, the vast majority being raw commodity meats.
